In order to fully comply with the principle of continuous improvement, statistical studies carried out with the support of the ERP system, MES system and full automation are used to evaluate the performance of the company organization, processes and personnel, and to increase the productivity of the workforce through trainings and regulations on the subjects deemed necessary.
Our company cooperates with KALDER. In this respect, annual trainings and seminars are attended under the leadership of KALDER.
