As KIM Kayseri Advanced Materials Industry and Technology Inc., we adopt sustainable quality as a production principle. In order to realize this principle, we respond to customer needs by starting from the quality control of raw materials, supporting the relevant production processes with line and end-of-production quality controls, and using the advantages of high technology.
Our project-oriented production consists of flexible processes to meet different project requirements. In order to continuously improve these processes, studies are carried out to preserve our retrospective data.
We maintain production quality by analyzing our productions in our fully integrated modern production system, which starts from sensors and extends to the business management level.
Our production system is fully compatible with the discrete production system design and process controls stipulated by the ISA88 standard, and the software architecture has been designed by considering the ISA95 and ISA98 standards. While doing all this, necessary revised sub-designs were made in the system, taking into account all the features related to our business life culture and human structure.
